The Rock Melān Birthday Giveaway (the "Promotion") opens at 12:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10) on Wednesday 28 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not valid.
Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who live in a country Rock Melān ships to through rockmelan.com at the time of entry, except residents of India, Italy and the Canadian province of Quebec. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees and contractors of Rock Melān, its agencies and anyone involved in running the Promotion, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
2. How to enter
Go to rockmelan.com/pages/birthday-giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with your full name, email address and mobile number. A completed form earns 1 entry. You may also reach the form through the link we send when you comment our giveaway keyword on Instagram; commenting alone is not an entry.
Bonus entry for SMS: tick the box on the entry form to receive Rock Melān marketing text messages and you earn 1 bonus entry. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, and you keep the bonus entry.
Bonus entry for a review: existing customers who receive our review invitation email and post a review of a Rock Melān product they bought, through the link in that email, during the Promotion Period, earn 1 bonus entry. The bonus entry is given for any honest review, whatever the star rating or content. Reviews are published with a note that the reviewer received a giveaway entry. Reviews that are fake, abusive or not about your own experience of the product are not eligible.
Each person can earn a maximum of 3 entries: 1 form entry, 1 SMS bonus entry and 1 review bonus entry. Further form submissions using the same email address or mobile number do not add entries.
Entries made by automated means, through bulk or fake accounts, or using someone else's details are invalid, and we may disqualify anyone we reasonably believe has entered this way.
We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems. Entries are deemed received when recorded in our system, not when sent.
3. Prizes
There are 4 prizes. Values are recommended retail prices in Australian dollars, including GST, as at 26 October 2026.
Grand prize (1): Dewy Glow Serum, Radiance Cleanser and Glow Blade, plus 3 Rock Melān gift cards, each redeemable for 1 Dewy Glow Serum and 1 Radiance Cleanser. Value $1,225.
Runner-up prizes (3): Dewy Glow Serum, Radiance Cleanser and Glow Blade. Value $370 each.
The total prize pool is $2,335.
Each gift card is worth $285, can be used on rockmelan.com only, and is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance at expiry is forfeited.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Each person can win only one prize.
4. Draw and winners
Winners are chosen at random by computerised random selection from all valid entries, streamed live on the @rockmelan Instagram account at 9:00 am AEST on Wednesday 4 November 2026, at Gold Coast, Queensland. The grand prize is drawn first, then the 3 runner-up prizes.
Before a prize is awarded, a winner from Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question by email.
We will contact each winner by email and SMS within 2 business days of the draw. A winner must reply within 7 days of our first contact to claim the prize and confirm a delivery address.
If a prize is not claimed by 5:00 pm AEST on Wednesday 11 November 2026, or a winner is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and a redraw takes place at 12:00 pm AEST on Thursday 12 November 2026, at the same place and by the same method. Redraw winners are contacted the same way and must claim within 7 days.
Winners' first name, last initial and state or country are published on the @rockmelan Instagram account and on rockmelan.com by Friday 6 November 2026, and after any redraw.
Our decision on the draw and any matter about this Promotion is final, and we will not enter into correspondence about it.
5. Delivery and general conditions
Prizes are posted free of charge to the address the winner confirms, usually within 10 business days of the claim. Winners outside Australia are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges in their country. Gift cards are sent by email.
Winners are responsible for any tax that applies to their prize in their own country.
We are not liable for a prize lost or damaged in the post once it has been handed to the carrier, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from entering this Promotion or using a prize, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Prizes are cosmetic skincare products. Read the label and patch test before use. Stop using a product and seek advice if irritation occurs.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or anything outside our reasonable control, we may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a relevant authority.
Non-winners' voucher: entrants who do not win and have agreed to receive marketing emails may be sent a $10 voucher after the draw. The voucher has its own terms, sent with it, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Privacy: we collect your name, email and mobile number to run this Promotion, contact winners and, where you have agreed, send you marketing. We handle your information under our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Instagram and Meta: this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from all liability connected with this Promotion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
